Frequently Asked Construction Questions
After you have selected a subdivision in which to build, you can contact Town Hall for any specific questions you may have on building size, setbacks, or any other questions you may have. Answers to common questions can also be found in the guide sheets below. If the questions are specific to State building code, contact Building Inspector Paul Mortimer of SafeBuilt who serves as Building Inspector for the Town of Cedarburg, providing residential and commercial permit and inspection services. Paul is available for face-to-face assistance at the Cedarburg Town Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
