Opening day was held at the Fields at Five Corners on Saturday, June 19th. A brief ceremony took place at 1pm, followed by baseball games for Tee Ball, Minors and Majors beginning at 1:15pm and running all afternoon. The pre-game included a ceremonial first pitch by Custom Service Hardware, verbal recognition of sponsors, the national anthem sang by 15-year-old Emily Helm, firing of the rifles by the local Legion Post, and introduction of the players. US Bank also lent us their popcorn machine at no cost; popcorn was available for free. Click here to view the Opening Day program, listing players names and sponsors! Below are pictures of Opening Day, as well as Little League Night at Miller Park and the 4th of July Parade.
